Transport Disruptions Due to Industrial Action in Calabria, Sicily, Apulia, Campania and Basilicata

In light of the current unrest affecting certain areas of Southern Italy and the transport sector, as reported in the latest news coverage available here, and further to the information previously shared through our Customer Area and company website, we regret to inform you of the following.

Although Arco Spedizioni S.p.A.’s transport services are not directly involved in the ongoing protests, roadblocks and picket lines beyond our control are inevitably causing severe delays and disruptions to road traffic in Calabria, Sicily, Apulia, Campania and Basilicata.

In order to safeguard your goods and prevent possible damage or loss, we kindly ask you not to entrust us with shipments and/or pick-ups to and from these regions starting from Monday, 19 October 2026.

Please also note that any shipments nevertheless entrusted to us involving the above-mentioned regions will be returned, at no additional cost to you.

We trust you will understand the purpose and necessity of this temporary suspension. We will promptly inform you as soon as services to and from these regions can resume.
