You can send a pickup order for the same day until 12.30 a.m. After this hour the pickup will not be guaranteed in the same day of the order.

If the consignee is not available for delivery, you receive an email for the undelivered goods. After that you can decide how manage the goods.
You can proceed to release the undelivered goods, directly from the reserved area by selecting the appropriate shipment on “ELENCO SPEDIZIONI” or sending an email to the branch from which the stock is received, indicating the instructions for the release. Click here to login the reserved area.
It’s possible but you must indicate “hold for collection” at the time of the pickup order or after a communication for undelivered goods.

Yes, Arco Spedizioni accepts cash on delivery for the shipments.
To send a shipment cash on delivery, you must clearly indicate on delivery note the word “CASH ON DELIVERY”, the amount in figures and in words and the way of collection
Arco Spedizioni accepts: cash ( for a maximum amount cashable by law to 1.999,99 euro ), bank check made out to the sender, postal order made out to the sender, bank draft made out to the sender.
