As previously communicated, French Public Authorities continue to refine and strengthen regulations around the event.

Beyond the traffic restrictions already shared with you for several months, we would like to emphasize some important pieces of information.

In order to secure the facilities welcoming the public for the opening ceremony, all of the piers of the Seine and the city centre will be closed to all traffic, whatever the mode of transport, between July 24th and 26th.

Finally, as we have already mentioned, the Red Zones (closest to the Olympic sites) will be accessible via predefined crossing points, which will allow the authorities to carry out systematic compulsory checks of vehicles and goods. Please note that public authorities are now considering extending this operating method to the Blue Zones.
